Please rest assured, we are adhering to state and local guidelines and are taking all the necessary precautions to maintain our facilities sanitized in order to keep you and our team safe. 

Here are some of the adjustments we are making that will directly affect your salon experience.

 

• You will be required to wear a mask that hooks behind the ears. We suggest you bring a disposable mask to prevent damaging it with hair color or products. We’ll offer masks for sale should you need one. 
   

• Limit the number of personal belongings you bring with you. A resealable bag will be provided to hold your belongings and must be kept with you at all times. Closet storage will not be available. 
   

• Please come alone to your appointment. The waiting area will remain closed.  Anyone accompanying you will be required to wait outside. 
   

• When you arrive, please do not enter. Call us and wait outside in order to limit the number of people within the facilities, and to allow for proper sanitation time between customers.
   

• Abstain from touching the door handle, a guest coordinator will greet and let you in. They will prompt you for flu-like symptoms, will take your temperature, will inform you of the temporary service protocols and will provide you a Covid- 19 Release of Liability Waiver to sign.
   

• Hand shaking or hugging our staff is not allowed :( - however, mimic hug gestures are welcomed!
   

• Gloves and disposable capes will be available upon request. 
   

• You will be taken directly to your stylist chair.  Only every other station will remain open, and the stations to your sides have been replaced by sneeze barriers.
   

• If you wish to expedite your service, shampoo your hair at home and arrive with clean dry hair. Inform your stylist if you prefer not to have your hair blow dried.
   

• We will not be offering magazines, wine or cookies at this time. 
   

• Towards the end of your service, a member of our Guest Services team will begin the checkout process at your styling chair.  Our point of sale system accepts touchless Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung and all forms of credit cards. 
   

• We will book your next appointment at your styling chair. This is to shorten the amount of time you spend inside the facilities.
